SLST Lighting Jobs

Les Misérables is now firmly on the horizon, and we need to start addressing it very early after the Christmas break. This is going to be a very big, exciting and ambitious project. With this in mind I want to appoint boys to Tech Team jobs earlier in the term than I would usually do. Mr Venvell is keen that key Tech Team members should be actively attending “run-through” rehearsals from early in the new term, so that they are fully familiar with the performance. Please bear this in mind – as the time commitment will be greater than for previous shows. Monday evenings are currently the main rehearsal night, although this will increase as the rehearsals progress.

I currently anticipate that the following lighting team jobs will be available for Les Mis 2013. Signing up sheets will be available from the beginning of term, with the deadline for applications being Monday 14th January at 15.40.

Boys will need to be available for all of the dates on the schedule as far as possible, and certainly for all performances and the technical and dress rehearsals. Please note, senior boys will be given priority, but this should not discourage younger boys from applying. You never know!
